St Catherine's (sleeps 5)
It is entirely self contained with its own entrance door leading into a well appointed kitchen with a washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave and full sized cooker.
Also on the ground floor is a large dining room. There is a very spacious sitting room with a large open log fire, TV and video. This room is at the rear of the building with delightful views into a typical old rectory garden.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double brass bed and on request an additional bed or cot will be provided. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a generous sized bathroom with a large shower as well as a bath.
GENERAL
There is no extra charge for hot water or heating. Full central
heating is provided in all rooms, with free logs available for the
open fire in the lounge. Bed linen and towels are also provided
free of charge, though guests are requested to bring their own beach
towels. There is ample off-road parking close to your own entrance.
Guests are most welcome to make full use of the garden where they
may enjoy playing short tennis or croquet, eating al fresco or just
unwinding with a glass of wine on a warm summer evening.
